UPS is hiring individuals to work as full-time Cargo Handlers in our Cargo Warehouse. Job duties include processing inbound cargo in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Additional job duties will include storing and transporting pallets to loader for aircraft loading, secure pallets in proper aircraft position, working in a cooler environment and assisting in other cargo services departments as required by workload. This is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering and sliding packages, that typically weigh 25 - 35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs. Cargo Handlers must have a valid driver's license.
Full-time Cargo Handlers work a flexible and rotating schedule that can include any shift (Monday through Sunday), with two scheduled days off. Cargo Handlers must also be available to work on weekends or selected holidays and must have flexibility to work day or evening shifts.
Cargo Handlers receive a starting pay rate of $11.00 per hour with regular incremental increases. We also offer an attractive benefits package.
