Duties: Maintain payroll records Administer new hire paperwork and maintain employee files Maintain a high level of confidentiality Oversee our Ship From Store program. You are personally responsible for ensuring online orders are filled and processed correctly.Skills:

• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and understandable manner
• Prior success in establishing goals and achieving results
• Ability to provide excellent customer service with a commitment to retail

Experience:

• 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
