Key responsibilities include:
* Assists in the coordination, direction and delivery of wellness and recreation programs to meet specific needs of each and all the residents
* Providing hands-on involvement in programs for the majority of the residents scheduled time
* Assists in the supervision, orientation, and planning of volunteers
* Assists in the evaluation of the residents' wellness needs- exploring opportunities for resident engaement with the six dimensions; purposeful, emotions, physical, spiritual, social, and intellectual
* Assists with marketing, promoting, and communicating materials, helping to ensure professional quality

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* Three (3) years of direct programming/ activities experience
* Must be flexible, patient, and compassionate
* Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
