Key Responsibilities include:
* Cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing gathering and public spaces, including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc. to present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests
* Cleaning residents’ apartments on a weekly basis or as needed* Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
* Ensuring that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times
* Submitting maintenance work orders to the maintenance team as needed
* Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
* Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly manner while also providing customer service

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1 year of housekeeping experience
* Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
