RTA Cabinet Store

We are one of the fastest growing companies in Philadelphia, and are now one of the largest online kitchen cabinet companies in the country. We are currently a team of 15. We have been featured on the Inc 500 the past 3 years, and the Philly 100 for the past two years.

To help with our growth, we need to add a new customer service representative to keep our customers happy and solve their problems.

About you

* You can communicate well on the phone as well as through email
* You love keeping customers happy, as well as making the most out of a sale.
* You have customer service/sales experience - that's vital. Internet sales experience would be a plus.
* You love foreseeing customer problems and being ahead of the game in resolving their issues in a calm and organized fashion but you have no problem putting out fires either.
* You like accuracy, you can't stand making mistakes and having to fix them.
* You're keen to develop your knowledge of our products and quickly learn how you can best help our customers.
* You are great at finding out what customers really need and getting all the details out of them so that you can provide the best possible service to them
* You are especially good with customers if they are nervous about buying online
* You ideally have experience with kitchen design or home improvement
* You are able to work in a team environment and also independently
* You are great at multi-tasking
* You will be happy to work in our office in Conshohocken, PA

The job

With the rest of the Customer Service team, you will make sure that all customer calls and emails are resolved within a business day. You will answer questions about our products and help customer navigate the website looking for items as well as placing their orders. You will provide help on kitchen design. You'll be the expert that everyone wants to come to - the one who systematically works through each situation to get the right outcome for the customer.

You will need to:
* Answer calls from customers and provide support for customer within that first call
* Answer customer emails and do your best to resolve those issues in one email
* Communicate well with customers, letting them know when their order is due to leave so they are not wondering where their stuff is
* Interact with customers through online chat
* Follow up on orders and cart abandonments
* Help walk-in customers with showroom questions
* Work with warehouse staff to follow up on orders
* Help customers design the layout of their kitchens
* Create quotes for customers

You will need to work some Saturdays 9 - 4.
