We are recruiting for a growing company in downtown Boise that is currently looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join its team! We need ambitious, talented Inside Sales Representatives to help their customers choose the right products and services to meet their needs. Team members are responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quota, outbound calling, opportunity identification and building consultative, long-term relationships with customers and partners. Successful candidates will enjoy working with a great team, competitive pay, flexible work schedules and a casual dress environment! Requirements: *Must meet and exceed sales quota. *Responsible for pipeline/deal/opportunity management. *Will forecast revenue. *Responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential and established customers on a daily basis. *Must close sales and overcome customer objections. *Answer inbound calls. *Establish and expand relationships with key decision makers. *Position products and services at an advantage over competitors' products. *Work closely with field representatives to maximize revenue potential. *Responsible for calling and qualifying leads. *Consistent and effective use of CRM tool (Salesforce). *Must be a team player and have the ability to work well cross functionally. Qualifications: *Self motivated. *Good communication skills verbal and written. *Ability to calculate figures and amounts. *Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments. *Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. *Prior Inside Sales experience a plus. *Prior Technical Sales experience a plus.
