Large well-known financial institution in Franklin, WI is looking for an application processor. Benefits include a FREE lunch and standard Monday through Friday first shift opportunity!
Application processor will be inputting new policies into the billing system. Will be monitoring whether or not these are new policies or an addition to existing ones. Will also be following up with Field Representatives to request additional information if needed. Will involve extensive data entry and processing, along with some customer service.
Requirements include previous data entry and processing experience within a professional environment. Must have excellent attention to detail and strong typing abilities. Must also provide a high level of customer service and have strong communication skills both via email and phone.
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Hours: Full time Monday through Friday first shift, 40 hours per week.
Duration: Long term, indefinite
Location: Franklin, WI
