Senior Communications Support Analyst Customer Advocate will serve as liaison between internal customers and Print and Distribution Services Dept. Must have excellent customer service, organization and comprehensive knowledge of ACT Print & Distribution services and functions including:
Digital Print Operations
Inserting Operations
Manual Operations
Mail room Operations
Warehouse Operations
Must have 3-4 years of Print or Distribution customer service
Must be able to lift/carry 30 lbs
Lead experience preferred
