Specialty's Cafe & Bakery has been offering a wholesome, made-from-scratch menu for over 20 years. We are hiring the for positions below

Barista -- Want to interact with our wonderful customers, talk to them about our menu, and create delicious caffeinated beverages.

Kitchen Utility -- Provide our Customers with great, fresh food prepared under clean, sanitary conditions. Ensure that all equipment, utensils and working areas are kept clean, sanitary and organized. Assist other Team Members when possible.

Kitchen Team Member -- To fulfill over-the-counter and catering sandwich and salad needs by accurately and efficiently producing sandwiches according to established recipes; keeping a clean, organized bar; maintaining a well-stocked bar by prepping sandwich bar ingredients as needed.

Guest Services -- Greet customers. Smile and acknowledge customer’s presence within 5 seconds, so they know they will be helped promptly. Allow the customer viewing time, if they seem unsure.

Baker -- The person that fills this job will make from scratch the dough for our delicious bread loaves, ciabattas, focaccias, croissants, muffins, and scones OR our delicious cookies, scones, desserts, frostings, and more! Experience in a high volume bakery or kitchen environment preferred.

What We Need From You:

Be physically able to work an eight (8) hour day or more while on your feet

Safely lift ten (10) to fifty (50) pounds while wearing a back support belt

Have ability to perform basic mathematics on the spot

Show sharp attention to detail

Excellent guest service skills
