Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting Sales & Marketing Manager with calls to prospects and tours of the community to meet sales goals
* Informing prospective families and referral sources about how services and programs can meet their needs
* Providing the sales manager with support services and with administrative tasks
* Assisting with system data entry in relation to prospects and preparing reports
* Coordinating the move-in process for new residents and their families

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Two years of experience in sales and/or administration
* Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and terminology
* Ability to effectively manage time, tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
* Computer proficiency and intermediate software skills with Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
