REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) – DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN BOTH LANGUAGES!
  • Supervisory experience

JOB DUTIES:

  • Perform daily quality inspections of the cleaning teams (most of your day will be in the field driving from house to house)
  • Oversee and facilitate the 10-Day New Hire Training Program
  • Teach higher-level training classes for Trainers and Team Leaders
  • Assist manager with morning duties and supervise the “morning rush” with cleaning teams
  • Perform management duties in the manager’s absence
  • Handle cleaning and logistical issues with the teams throughout the day
  • Interaction with customers in their homes
  • Give initial feedback to employees regarding quality, efficiency, and travel time issues
  • Work closely with the manager to resolve issues with the cleaning teams
  • Provide input to management for staff performance reviews, disciplinary meetings, etc.
  • Manage supply closet
  • Daily laundering of rags, mop heads, aprons, etc.
  • Clean and maintain common area and laundry room
  • Perform interviews with job applicants when needed
  • Clean and train with the teams if necessary

HOURS AND COMPENSATION:

  • Full-time Monday thru Friday (some Saturdays if necessary for inclement weather or training)
  • 7:15 am to 5:00 pm (may be required to stay past 5:00 on occasion)
  • Starting salary between $400-$450 per week plus monthly bonus potential
  • Paid holidays and 2 weeks paid time-off per calendar year
  • 401(k) plan
