Job Qualifications
2-4 years of multi-unit management experience
Preferably experience in recruiting, hiring and developing Associates
Able to demonstrate how you have been successful in growing sales and achieving sales goals in an area
Strong skills in leadership, customer service, problem solving, and communication
Able to travel extensively, as role requires approximately 75% travel across the region
