Manpower is currently hiring a Product Implementation Analyst to support our client's team in Gainesville, GA!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Installs a wide range of products and services that involve extensive customer interaction
  • Demonstrates a basic understanding of products, related technologies and the implementation process
  • Fixes the most complex network issues
  • Works across IT team to resolve issues
  • Identifies and escalates issues from traffic and capacity reports

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months industry experience or in a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
  • Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Work Week: Tuesday - Thursday
  • Length of Contract: 3 days
