We are partnering with a client in the South Windsor area who has an immediate need for an Account Manager.

This position is temp-hire and has a lot of growth potential

This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, data entry, customer service, general administrative duties and billing.

Responsibilities

* Billing

* Answer phones, filing, faxing an data entry

* Open and distribute mail

* Process all sales and purchasing documents

* Dispatching

* General clerical responsibilities

Job Requirements

* Must have billing experience

* 2+ years of general customer service/administrative experience

* Intermediate computer skills i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* Strong written and oral communication

* Attention to detail, reliable with strong organizational skills

* This is a fast paced environment where you will need to be able to switch gears and multi task
