We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Director for Customer Engagement Solutions (CES) within the Digital Commerce division. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



The Product Marketing Director will be responsible for developing winning value propositions for the above high-growth product lines in our CES business. He/she is accountable for understanding market opportunities, competitive assessments and buyer behavior to help drive successful sales and marketing efforts. This includes identifying repeatable buying patterns and use cases in specific industry verticals, and creating corresponding product bundles that may include partner solutions and services offerings. He/she will also develop customer maturity/requirement models that help lay down a path for expanding the footprint of our offerings at existing clients as their needs evolve and grow.

The Product Marketing Director will establish core messaging to support various go-to-market channels including online, social media, field sales and partners, and marketing campaigns. He/she will work closely with the channel enablement manager to consistently disseminate and update the message across channels on a regular basis. This role will act as an advocate and champion of the aforementioned product line both internally and externally.

This role is accountable for developing a go-to-market plan with applicable use cases, target personas, differentiation and channel recommendations. This role will have access to broad market intelligence services, including primary and secondary research, to inform go-to-market plans. Close collaboration with segment marketing, partner marketing and marketing communications teams will be required to build integrated marketing programs. He/she will work with the Integrated Marketing and Communication teams to flesh out marketing campaigns aligned with the plan in order for them to be successfully executed in regions world-wide.
Qualification

Required Qualifications:



Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. At least 7-10 years progressive marketing & communications experience with at least 3-5 years specific to the software market.

Prior product marketing and/or product management experience is important, preferably in customer experience/CRM domain.

Ability to work in a matrix environment partnering with product management teams is essential to success in this position.

Must be an outstanding communicator with proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and to influence teams.

Ability to interact with executive teams and effectively influence strategic planning.
