OptumHealth is seeking to hire an Onsite Clinic Marketing Coordinator. We are
in search of a dedicated, qualified professional with exceptional marketing and
project management skills. This individual will be responsible for ongoing
support of worksite medical clinics and driving collaboration across the health
and wellness program for our client in the airline industry. The Onsite Clinic
Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for promoting the medical clinic,
reporting on the clinic performance, and building relationships across the
organization to drive the ongoing success of the overarching wellness and
clinic strategy.
As the Onsite Clinic Marketing Coordinator, you will ultimately be responsible
for day to day program execution and success, including promoting clinic
services and wellness programs, engaging consumers, coordinating with clinical
staff, tracking participation, and evaluating onsite program satisfaction over
time. You will be trained on OptumHealth tools, products and services to ensure
thorough understanding of all purchased services from OptumHealth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of health and wellness through education, awareness, and
engagement in respective health management programs - Organize and execute promotional programs, health events, health challenges,
screening events, and educational seminars - Integrate into the client's environment by building rapport and establishing
trust with client (executives, front line employee, vendor partners) - Serve as a liaison between the client and provider group to facilitate
integration and collaboration to meet client expectations - Interact on a regular basis with the client's support structure, Operational
Management and Engagement team, OptumHealth Wellness Consultant, OptumHealth
SAE, National Account SAE and client Account Manager - Engage consumers to drive awareness and enrollment into our clinical and
wellness programs - Partner with provider group to track and communicate program utilization, and
enrollment rates through the appropriate channel, creating action plans to
achieve metric goals as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate health and/or worksite clinic
environment with proven program management experience - Proficiency with MS Office
applications (min. of 3 years exp); Current proficiency in Excel (data sorting
and filtering) Word (creating and editing documentation) and PowerPoint
(creating and delivering presentations) - Understanding
of clinic operations and working alongside medical providers in a clinic
setting - Must have a valid driver license and auto insurance (traveling locally between
client sites)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for an
onsite clinic company or working in a provider practice - Experience working with
airline industry is a preferred
