Administrative Assistant
Salary Range
$20,800 to $27,040 (Annual Full-time pay depending on experience)
Duties & Required Skills
* Represent company and clients in a positive and professional manner.
* Answer and respond to telephone calls in a professional manner.
* Communicate clearly and professionally to clients, vendors and other business associates.
* Arrange or order things so that they can be found or used easily and quickly.
* Efficient in utilizing time management to perform prioritized daily tasks.
* Attention to detail.
* Compose simple correspondence using Microsoft Word.
* Update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
* Research and reconcile client accounts.
* Ability to multitask.
* Performs administrative duties such as filing, maintaining property management records, company and client documents.
* Performs tasks required for special projects and assignments.
* Enter account payables and receivables accurately.
* Respond to client requests, emails and faxes.
* Other duties as required.
Miscellaneous
* Dress Code - Business Casual which includes slacks, skirts, blouses, jackets, short/long-sleeved shirts. However, the dress code excludes jeans, mini-skirts, leggings, halter tops, t-shirts, sweatshirts and tennis shoes.
* Demonstrates punctual and consistent attendance.
