Spartan is currently hiring Account Receivable/Payable clerks located in and around Nashville, TN area. These are temp to hire positions working Monday – Friday, on day shift, paying $12.00 to $14.00 per hour. 40+ hours per week, Overtime may be available.

Job Description

• Preparing Billing and handling the data entry
• Experience using Microsoft office and accounting software

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required, Accounting background is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and other accounting software for bookkeeping and billing experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in a small-to-mid-size entrepreneurial environment. Business casual attire required
• Possesses a strong work ethic and acts with a high degree of integrity.
• High-energy, persistence, project management, organizational skills and attention to detail are essential elements of this position.
• Successful candidates will possess creativity, independent initiative and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
• Other duties as assigned by senior leadership

Pay Rate: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour

Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday,  1st shift, 8 am to 5pm or 7 am to 4:30 pm -40 hours per week, Overtime as needed
