Spartan is currently hiring Quality Technician located in and around La Vergne, TN area. These are temporary-to-hire positions working Monday-Friday, on 1st and 2nd Shifts paying $10.00 per hour. 40+ hours per week, Overtime may be available.

 

Job Description

• Visual inspection of parts
• Assist with enabling the organization to meet and exceed the customer expectations in service; customer service focused

 

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize workload in a constantly changing environment
• Must be comfortable working to solve problems, have analytical skills

• Possesses a strong work ethic and acts with a high degree of integrity. Customer service focused

• Ability to physically stand, stoop, and bend frequently during Shift; high-energy, persistence, and attention to detail are essential elements of this position
• Successful candidates will NOT wear jewelry, artificial nails, fingernail polish, artificial eyelashes, perfume, or have visible piercings. (neat appearance)
• Must have comfortable shoes, long pants
• Willing to submit to a Drug Screen and Background Check

• Excellent attendance

 

Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift - 7 AM-3:30 PM or 2nd Shift - 3:30 PM-12 AM - 40 hours per week, Overtime as needed
