Manpower professionals is seeking a Quality engineer to coordinate tooling submissions, automated inspection, customer supplier problem resolution, gage calibration coordination and document control.
Responsibilities:
*Coordinates and develops all documentation (PPAP-ISIR, Gage R&R, Control plans, FMEA, etc.) and samples required for tooling submissions.
*Works to interpret review and improve current inspection methods
*Assist in investigating of document changes as needed.
*Coordinates all gage calibration activities, in accordance with , AIAG, and QA-90000 requirements.
*Gathers data and makes recommendations for part/process discrepancy improvement and correction
*Inspects parts to assist production when needed
*Aids the Director in other activities as they are deemed needed, within the areas of the quality department.
Qualifications:
*BA/BS degree with 2 yrs. of related work experience
*Documentation (PPAP-ISIR, Gage, FMEA, etc.
*Coordination of gage calibration
