Candidates must have a minimum of an associate degree and two years business office experience /OR/ five years of administrative assistant experience in a professional office environment.
MUST HAVE a professional level vocabulary, a pleasant and professional phone voice, a great attitude, professional level written and verbal communication.
Seeking a PART-TIME Administrative Assistant for approximately 15-20 hours per week. Afternoons mostly, but flexible hours with morning hours needed on occassion.
Responsibilities will include answering phones and taking accurate messages; data entry of customer information; updating and printing letters for new customers; filing customer paperwork; and possibly entering accounts receivables (if qualified.) Must be self starter and able to work alone.
Candidates interested in this position must have great phone etiquette and communication skills, a professional demeanor, be a team player and have experience with Microsoft Word and phones. Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.
Our office is located in High Point, NC.
Candidates must have:
- The ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
- Accurate message taking and typing skills
- Knowlege of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access (data entry skills required)
