Primary Purpose:

To manage operational activities in the business and promote growth of the organization by word and deed.

Specific Duties:

• Plan on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis so that operational activities are completed in an organized fashion.
• Organize area to ensure proper leadership, staffing, equipment and supplies are in place and institute organization so that subordinates do the same.
• Train and develop subordinates directly when feasible, ensure proper training and development throughout area.
• Maintain confidentiality of issues, information, and paperwork.
• Participate enthusiastically in self-development.
• Maintain a professional image, lead by example.
• Create and institute budgetary control within area.
• Communicate continuously and professionally with the customer, president, peers, and subordinates to ensure all pertinent information is
• received by everyone. Institute communication throughout to ensure plans run smoothly and problems are resolved.
• Retain customers and promote new revenue growth.
• Operate company-owned vehicle properly.
• Working knowledge of customer service.

Hours work: 7a-4 or 5pm.
