About this job
Receptionist / Office Clerk for construction supply distributor located in the Westminster, CA area. This is a small office with 13 people.
This is a Temporary to Hire opportunity. Pay to $14/hour, depending on experience. Hours 7:30 am - 4:30 pm OR 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Business casual dress code.

Responsibilities:
Essential responsibility is to answer moderately busy phones. Computer work on MS Excel (create spreadsheets, data entry, run reports, etc.) Additional clerical duties will be assigned, as needed.
Requirements:
Min 1 year recent Reception / Clerical experience
Experience answering busy phones
Good verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate MS Excel
Accurate Typing / Data Entry
Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines
