Spartan is currently hiring Assembly Workers in Fergus Falls, MN for a leading area manufacturer. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement! Job Description: · Assembles fabricated parts to relatively small or light subassemblies and to complete units · Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications · Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job · Used a variety of hand and power tools to assemble units · Keep area clean and free of debris · Requires performing other duties as needed and directed by the supervisor Job Requirements: · High School Diploma/GED is preferred · 1 year of relevant experience · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics and diagrams · Basic math skills and able to use tape measure, scale and calipers · Computers skills including Mapics is highly desirable · Must be able to multitask and be a team player · Background check and drug screening required Ideal Candidates: · Previous manufacturing experience required · Committed to safety at all times · Excellent attendance Pay Rate: $13.15/hr, Based on Experience Shift/Hours: 1st shift How To Apply
