Spartan is currently hiring Welders in Litchfield and surrounding areas. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a great company! Job Description:

• Assemble and MIG weld subassemblies and trailers per drawings and verbal instructions
• beam weld/assemble trailer/components
• Use wide variety of equipment
• Inspecting product for defects
• Preparing product for shipping
• Fast-paced environments

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Hardwire, wire-feed aluminum welding experience
• Onsite welding test
• Stand for long period of times
• Attention to detail and able to quality controls
• Background check and drug screening required
