We are currently hiring for a Human Resource Generalist position in Fergus Falls, MN. This is an excellent opportunity with a leading area company.
HR Generalist
• You will provide administrative support to the human resources function including the employment process, recordkeeping, benefit, and retirement programs.
• You will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees, updating the HRIS system, and working closely with the finance dept. and outside payroll services.
• You will provide assistance in various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees under the direction of the senior HR generalist.
Job Requirements:
• Post secondary education in related field of study, preferably a degree in HR
• Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources functions
• Ability to work with all levels of employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to adhere to, and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Ability to listen to employees, ask questions, and learn from others
• Experience in HRIS/ADP a plus
Shift: 1st shift
Wage: $16.00/hr
