Production Workers - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently hiring Production Workers in the Campbellsburgh, IN area for a powder metal parts facility! This temporary-to-hire position offers the opportunity to gain permanent employment.

Starting pay is $10.00 to $10.20 per hour.
Positions are on a variety of shifts:
1st shift 8am to 4pm
2nd shift 4pm to 12am
3rd shift 12am to 8am

As a Production Worker, you may work in a variety of departments which include assembly, machine operation and quality. Production Worker positions learn skills to move into roles such as Team Leads and Supervisor roles


As a Production Worker you will be:
- Loading furnaces
- Loading grinders
- Pulling parts
- Performing quality checks


To perform the Assembler role successfully, the following is required:
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing/industrial setting – 3 months
- Metal manufacturing or CNC experience preferred
- Ability to work an 8-12 hour shift
- Possesses a High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
