Job Description:

This position may work with one or more of Winston Retail’s clients to support their on floor presence through merchandising, point of sale placement, providing in-store training on product knowledge and merchandising standards to store-line personnel.

We are looking for highly skilled Brand Ambassadors to represent the Helly Hanson brand. We are looking for men & women who are passionate about SKI, SAIL, OUTDOOR AND TRAINING lifestyles. The ideal candidate will focus on merchandising, training associates and customer engagement while working with the Helly Hansen brand in stores such as Macy’s Sports Authority and Nordstrom.

Job Requirements

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years of retail experience, wholesale or branded apparel experience
• Department store line experience
• Previous work as a retail coordinator or regional at an apparel/beauty/accessories/footwear company ;

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Merchandising of product category utilizing client directives on a daily basis (Replenishment, visuals, weekly updates)
• Communicate effectively accomplishments at the department and door level to Winston Retail Solutions and the Client: (Compose brand analysis reporting daily)
• Develop in-store relationships to maximize opportunities at retail: (Fixture placement, real estate of brand)
• Sales Generation
