Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us support, compile and report key information! Evaluate, interpret and analyze data and business process and analyze/monitor new, routine and ad hoc reports. Provide support when compiling and reporting information and assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources. Support short term operational activities.
This Business Analyst role will write requirements for new ON exchange and Off exchange products to be added to eStore/UHOne.com. We must present new products to potential consumers of healthcare through our On-line quoting and application tool. This on-line quoting and application tool is used to offer directly to Consumers. In addition, our Brokers and inside Sales agents use this quoting tool to increase Sales.
This role will handle updates to the multiple internal databases that support our On-line quoting and application tool as well as support regression testing of our systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years equivalent work experience.
- 1+ year of experience in Business/Finance Analysis Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to management.
- Proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.
