The ideal candidate MUST have a passion for all things automotive!
The primary role of the call center is to help customers find the right tire for their specific needs. The ideal candidate will have call center and/or sales experience. They must be willing to go above and beyond for every customer and have a passion for everything automotive. The candidate must be an articulate negotiator able to assist customers across a wide-variety of knowledge levels and tire expertise. The position also requires excellent written communication skills as the call center frequently corresponds with customers via e-mail and “Live Chat”. The candidate must be able to multi-task as the call center team supports all of our E-Commerce sales channels. Training will consist of multiple classes and include online courses .
