This position is responsible for client and non-client specific Benefit Implementations and / or Drug List Changes.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Based
    on healthplan benefit designs, submit tickets to appropriate PBM
    functional teams (Benefit Operation / Formulary Operations)
  • Manage mass changes to Benefit Codes (BPL) as it relates to new projects, programs or regulatory changes.
  • Work with healthplan and functional leaders to proactively identify implementation issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong inter-company relationships to ensure superior customer service.
  • Supports UnitedHealthcare Account Management & Service Organizations.
  • Support updates to customer services tools
This position is located in Richardson, TX or Eden Prairie, MN.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Microsoft Excel experience (export data out of a system into a spreadsheet- copy and pasting- manual data entry).
  • Experience working within an Account
    Management or Implementation team within the Pharmacy Benefit Management
    Industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Pharmacy Technician.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency.
  • PhBit experience.
