This position is responsible for client and non-client specific Benefit Implementations and / or Drug List Changes.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Based
on healthplan benefit designs, submit tickets to appropriate PBM
functional teams (Benefit Operation / Formulary Operations) - Manage mass changes to Benefit Codes (BPL) as it relates to new projects, programs or regulatory changes.
- Work with healthplan and functional leaders to proactively identify implementation issues.
- Develop and maintain strong inter-company relationships to ensure superior customer service.
- Supports UnitedHealthcare Account Management & Service Organizations.
- Support updates to customer services tools
This position is located in Richardson, TX or Eden Prairie, MN.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Microsoft Excel experience (export data out of a system into a spreadsheet- copy and pasting- manual data entry).
- Experience working within an Account
Management or Implementation team within the Pharmacy Benefit Management
Industry.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Pharmacy Technician.
- Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency.
- PhBit experience.
