Requirements
Shoe Sensation is searching for sales focused Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for meeting/exceeding sales plan, daily operations, insuring brand standards and managing inventory loss as well as training and coaching a sales team to exceed our customer's expectations.
Qualified candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related customer service industry with a proven history of results in sales and leadership.
Compensation is hourly. Benefits are available after 90 days
