Beauty Agent - Beauty Agents promote the girlfriend experience and build relationships with every interaction.
Beauty Agents create a tailored customer experience by engaging with their customers and right-fitting products and/or appropriate club options. Our customers will be calling with questions about their accounts – often with some type of issue or to fulfill an order. Beauty Agents resolve any concerns they have as well as trying to up sell on products or services that will be beneficial to them. The ideal candidate for this account will be positive, energetic and enthusiastic about skin care and cosmetics. These individuals will also have excellent customer service skills and understand that it is a loyalty and sales environment, meaning that they would need to be able to make sales and save customers. The hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday, 6am-10pm, and Sunday 8am-5pm. The position is $9.25 per hour and offers lucrative performance based incentives.
