Entertainment Retention/Sales/Care Agent - Retention/Sales/Care Agents are brand ambassadors educating customers about the value of TiVo’s products and services.
Our products and services mean a lot to our customers, who are a very passionate breed of fans. We are looking for people who have a fantastic problem solving ability and a self-starter mentality to help customers with a variety of customer service concerns. We are also looking for individuals who get excited about high end technologies so they can pass that excitement on to our customers. The hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8am-8pm, and weekends from 8am-7pm. The position is $9.25 per hour and offers lucrative performance based incentives.
