Store Associates & Shift Leaders at new YogurtLand store in Eagle Rock
We are opening a brand new store in Eagle Rock and are looking for several part-time store associates and shift leaders for all shifts / days. The store address is 5045 Eagle Rock Blvd.
At Yogurtland we get real. We focus on real flavors, real ingredients and real relationships with every one of our guests. This focus and philosophy started with our founder, Phillip Chang, who thought that a real experience began with letting guests choose what you want. And in 2006 he changed the frozen yogurt industry forever when he opened the first self-serve Yogurtland with only the highest quality frozen yogurt and toppings.
SHIFT LEADER POSITION OVERVIEW: Ensures company standards are maintained and complies with policies and procedures. Upholds and executes the vision and mission of Yogurtland and assist others in doing the same.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Cash Handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds.
* Assist in training, coaching and development of newly hired Associates.
* Taste product to ensure quality standards are met.
* Is the role-model for outstanding customer service and overall Associate standards.
* Ensures cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
* Other job-related activities as requested by Store Leader.
