This Internship is for Spring 2015



It is our goal to be the #1 entertainment destination in the world, and we need great Guest Ambassadors to deliver exceptional service for our vacation package guests.



UPRV Guest Ambassador Interns at Universal Orlando are responsible for:

  • Organizing and delivering pre-assembled welcome packages (gift boxes) for select UPRV package guests using a company vehicle.
  • Communicating and collaborating internally and externally with various areas such as Marketing, Warehouse, Guest Contact Center, Destination Universal, Partner Hotel Staff, and UPRV packaged guests.
  • Understanding Universal Orlando products and services in the event of direct guest contact.
  • Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


 


            To perform the role of a UPRV Guest Ambassador Intern successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill,

  • Consistent attendance is a job requirement
  • Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA required
  • Must be actively enrolled for the Spring 2015 semester as a college Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
  • Must be majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Sales, Marketing, Advertising, or Hospitality Management
  • Must be able to work 20 hours Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday; from mid-January through April 2015
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must be outgoing and organized
  • Must have the ability to lift and move up to 2 pounds
