About this job
This position is with a growing company with plenty of business and opportunity. REQUIREMENTS: Certification in HVAC, with ability to be state-licensed & bonded. Must provide own tools & vehicle - will be reimbursed mileage between house jobs. Candidate needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit, and be a self-responsible hard worker. Must be able to climb into attics, crawlspaces, under porches, and in bushes. Physically able to lift, push, install medium to heavy items/units. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Will perform maintenance & repairs on rental home HVAC systems. Will also replace and repair systems for remodels and turn-arounds.
