The Job
Call current and former PB customers to consult, assess needs, and recommend appropriate products and services. Overcome objections and close the sale.
Develop business supplies opportunities through outbound marketing and telephonic sales techniques
Follow up on sales opportunities developed through direct marketing campaigns Following up through phone, fax, and email correspondence to answer questions and provide marketing materials from our customized software
Document effectively and accurately conversations and contact information
Utilizes Predictive dialer to initiate outbound sales, retention and in some instances, survey calls.
Navigates through the region's internal website to provide customers with pricing, promotions and service information within their respective service area.
Qualification
Minimum one year of sales experience penetrating and maintaining accounts; B2B, outside, or supply sales experience a plus
Two years previous telesales experience or outbound sales experience is preferred
High school diploma or GED, College Degree is a plus
Must possess ability to learn and execute telephone marketing/selling techniques in accordance with departmental expectations.
Basic PC skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
Have an understanding of office supplies industry preferred
