Manpower Group Solutions is currently hiring a Field Service Technician for a manufacturer of building products client in Atlanta, GA!
Some of the requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
*Inspecting windows and patio door products to find root cause of service issue.
*Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with the client customer regarding all of their service needs (including expertise on product knowledge).
*Performing service work on various products.
*Cleaning up service site.
*Operating company service vehicle.
*Maintaining service vehicle in proper working order.
*Maintaining tools in proper working order.
*Providing complete technical reports from service or inspection jobs.
*Communicate and document changed or cancelled appointments.
*Report reoccurring problems or issues such as product defects or process issues.
Additional information for this role includes:
*This position will report to a Regional Director or Manager.
*This position may work with a Field Technician Apprentice at some point in the future; but it is not a supervisory role at this time. There is potential for growth for high performers.
*Travel will be daily out to jobs within your region and will require up to 10% overnight stay.
*Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis (may be more on occasion)
