About this job
This positions primary job function is to effectively transition patient information into the client database. This is with a company right in Morgantown, WV who supports medical products. You would be responsible for taking prescription insurance information and entering it into a system and working with insurance providers.
Job Duties:
- Taking prescription insurance information and entering it into a system and running test claims
- Dealing with Prior Authorizations
- Taking incoming and outbound calls
- Data Entry
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months experience in a pharmacy or medical setting
- Experience working with processing insurance claims
- Basic computer skills
- Must have strong customer service skills
