The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is seeking a licensed Oregon Registered Nurse to help aid in the development, implementation and presentation of educational programs at the Manor. This position is responsible for orientation and training of all nursing staff, ensuring compliance of Infection Control practices and procedures, and assisting with staffing for follow-up on audits, chart reviews and quality assurance programs to insure the highest quality of care for Manor residents. Looking for an excellent leader and communicator with exceptional nursing skills. Must have valid OR driver’s license and be insurable under corporate insurance carrier.
