Job Expectations:

We’re looking for individuals who have a knack for solving tough problems and focus on delivering exceptional customer service to join our team at the Verizon Wireless Call Center in Chandler, AZ.

  • Dedicated to delivering a world class customer experience
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment; high inbound call volume, multitasking
  • Resolve customer issues regarding billing, products, services
  • Use multiple online resources and computer systems to solve customer problems
  • Provide basic troubleshooting on service and equipment issues
  • Provide wireless solutions to best suit the needs of the customer
  • Adapt to changes at work
  • Adhere to structured schedules and shifts
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating effectively with customers over the phone

  • $13.94 per hr ($29,000 per year) with 10% shift differential for shifts starting after 2pm  and 35% shift differential pay on Sundays
