We are currently seeking multiple experience Medical Scheduling Coordinators.
The Scheduling Coordinator will be supporting a major Hospital from a Central Scheduling Unit.
The Scheduler will take calls from patients looking to schedule outpatient/inpatient procedures for multilple units. Will be required to schedule and confirm patient appointments and make any changes as necessary. Must be able to manage appointment flow as necessary. Call volume is 60-150 calls per day. Candidate will enter in patient demographics, listen to and understand patients medical condition so as to schedule them with the appropriate specialist, schedule them in with the facility, and enter in insurance information and diagnostic codes of the condition.
