About this job
The retention specialist is responsible for making outbound attempts via telephone to contact existing patients that have not had a shipment in over 60 days. The purpose of the attempts serves as wellness check to existing patients and to ensure their continue relationship with the company.
The shift for position is monday to friday 11Am to 7:30pm ). If you are bilingual and/or have a pharm tech background -its a plus
