About this job
Our client is currently looking for Assemblers to hire in their manufacuturing department. The work location is in Herndon, VA. The hours of the position are 3:30-12:00PM for the second (2 breaks and a 30min lunch).
The candidates will be responsible for the following:
1. Assembling plastic reels that are a part of a printer package.
2. Assemble any of the product line needed and support the manufacturing staff with light technical troubleshooting.
3. Use basic hand tools to construct the product line.
4. Be able to read and write in English in order to understand and follow production instructions / diagrams.
5. Must be able to lift u pto 30 lbs.
6. Packaging the final printer and preparing them for shipment.
7. Document the work that's done in a log report.
Qualifications:
1. At least a year of recent production experience
2. Ability to read and interpret blueprints
3. ability to use basic hand tools
