Aerotek Professional Services is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives for a GREAT company in the Fort Wayne, IN area.
Aerotek is located in Fort Wayne, IN. This position is being actively recruited by many staffing firms across the country amd you've probably seen postings as well. Due to our local presence, you'll work with a recruiter you've met face-to-face and will know you by name, not a number. You don't have to worry about not ever getting a call back or wonder why you haven't heard from Aerotek.
The responsibilities of the job include:
-Reviewing, understanding and communicating trouble ticket and order status.
-Troubleshooting residential customer phone trouble, placing trouble tickets and answering questions regarding existing trouble tickets and negotiating appointments.
-Interfacing with customers by phone regarding (and performing work associated with) pending orders, repair requirements and repair resolution.
-Provide Exceptional Customer Service
Qualifications:
-Any kind of customer service experience in any industry (Call Center, Retail, Restaurant, etc.)
-High School Diploma
-Must be flexible to work weekends
-Hours: 12:30pm-9:00pm
