Renewal by Andersen has a marketing program that is second to none!! With paid professional training at home online or live in the office, an experienced group of engaging managers and creative pay structures our marketing professionals earn impressive incomes part time! We are currently looking to add 6 new brand ambassadors to our team of 18. This will require us to hire a minimum of 3 team leads ( NJ market manager, DE market manager and PA market manager). We are looking for Home Show event staff to invite our customers to schedule an appointment with our design consultants. These events take place at event centers or special venues.During our events we register customers for a $15,000 window makeover sweepstakes that we award every year while we educate our customers about how to save money on their energy bills. For the customers that are truly interested in replacing their failed windows we convert those sweepstakes into quality appointments for our sales staff. We are also looking to create an RSVP event staff to invite our customers to an exclusive dining experience at our special venues. These are events that we hold at a golf course, event center or special venue, we partner with local companies to offer fun prizes while we educate our customers about how to save money on their energy bills. This position will start as a part time (20-30 hrs per week) and could lead to six full time positions for the right managers. We are also approved for internship credits at various Community Colleges and University's Gain practical work experience in the Marketing field by assisting with coordinating corporate marketing efforts and branding initiatives through company communications, advertising, direct marketing campaigns, promotions, special events, sponsorships, and web content management. The successful candidate will have an interest and knowledge in marketing, Special Events, communications and business management. Relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness, reliability, and integrity. JOB REQUIREMENTS Proficient with Windows, MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer Exceptional organizational and problem solving abilities. Extremely detail oriented. Creativity and familiarity with development and execution of marketing and special offer promotions. Ability to work multiple projects concurrently within established timeliness Effectively communicate through written and oral means with minimal instruction. Minimum Education & Experience: Prior internship or work experience, preferably in a marketing environment. Prior experience planning events a plus. Must be able to work 5-30 hours to start and 30-60 hours/week if promoted to management Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while handling multiple priorities Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information in a professional manner Ability to work with limited supervision
