Key responsibilities include:
* Answering telephones and greeting customers and guests; giving callers information and referring them to the appropriate person as needed
* Typing, editing, producing, and distributing a variety of documents including general correspondence, memorandums, meeting minutes, statistical reports, presentation materials or other documents
* Filing and making copies of correspondence and other records, as well as ordering office supplies
* Assisting in the recruiting process, including obtaining and/or completing new hire documentation for new associates, orientation, and retention of qualified staff
* Maintaining associate personnel and community files

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Two years of administrative experience preferred
* Excellent organizational skills, communication and customer service skills
* Team player who is willing to help other departments as necessary
* Experience with kronos systems and payroll functions
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
