Customer Care Rep/Receptionist

Duties:

- Independently field incoming calls and orders in a timely and professional manner

- Perform Front Desk/Receptionist Duties

- Accurately input product orders in order entry system

- Respond to requests for product information, pricing and availability

- Responsible for attending product trainings when scheduled

- Provide timely follow up on customer orders as needed

Requirements:

- Must be capable of knowing customer alliances and partners well and support them in appropriate ways

- Be driven by the desire to serve the customer

- Have a sense of urgency and takes prompt action when necessary

- Detail oriented, consistency and reliably is a MUST

- Non-Smoking work environment

- Be willing to submit to a background check.

Shift Availability- 6:30am or 8:00am Start, Full Time, Monday through Friday
