Chief Information Security Officer

The Chief Information Security Officer will establish and maintain an enterprise-wide vision, strategy, architecture, and program for ensuring information assets are appropriately protected across TrueBlue's enterprise and technology stack. The individual will ensure compliance with all applicable international and US federal and state laws, directives, policies and securing of information. The position will oversee implementation of the information security plans, and manage the operational processes for monitoring and maintaining information security.

This position reports to the CIO and can be based in Tacoma, WA or Chicago, IL.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
  • EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES

    Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related discipline preferred. Bachelors Degree in stated areas and documented combination of education, training, and work experience required.

    Professional security management certification, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials.

    GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
    • Candidates will have 8+ years of IT and/or business/industry work experience with 3+ years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Represents our highest leadership role for establishing strategy and direction for the enterprise's security related functions.
